The lift only functioned properly for the first few days, and access to the upper floors was tricky when staff weren’t around. Getting to my room involved navigating fire doors propped open, which is unsettling when considering safety protocols. Additionally, a hairdryer and an electric kettle were absent, which are usual standards in most accommodations, and I found the room cleanliness lacking enough that I had to tidy up myself.

The breakfast offered a variety of breads and pastries that catered to different tastes. I appreciated the attention to detail regarding local recommendations for dining. It was helpful to get advice on the best local specialties from the staff.

Lyon is a culinary paradise! I devoured delicious dim sum at Matsuri Lyon Vaise, and the nearby Wallace Pub had a chilled vibe. Super close to the metro made it easy to explore. Plus, the space in my One-Bedroom Apartment felt like my own little sanctuary.

Ended up at a nearby boulangerie for tasty pastries that were way better. Also, had to deal with a messy room situation – not ideal but still managed to enjoy my stay!

A decent place with a helpful staff and clean facilities, though there’s no air conditioning, and the noise from the nearby train station can be bothersome. The bed was comfortable, but the breakfast didn’t meet expectations. Overall, it’s an average stay but convenient to transport options.
